Entrada sabrosa, buena estructura, burbuja crujiente, fina y bien integrada. Vinoso y seco a su paso. En el retrogusto, las frutas rojas se manifiestan junto a los tonos balsámicos. Final gratamente refrescante.

This white is made with a minority variety from the Basque Country, the Hondarribi zerratia, which has lower yields and greater complexity than the predominant Hondarribi zuri. It also comes from a single vineyard with great exposure, which causes a perfect maturity. The result is a fresh, complex, vibrant and mineral wine.

After passing through Vega Sicilia and Bodegas Mauro, the legendary winemaker Mariano García decided to bet on the potential of Toro wines and their lands in order to produce quality and recognized reds that are emblematic within the Toro Denomination of Origin.
Its cherry color with a purple rim, quite dense, will dye our glass and begin to seduce us with its aromas, aromas that it unfolds slowly, like the peacock unfolds its majestic tail before the eyes of its admirers. Aromas of raspberries, wild strawberries, always ripe sweet fruit, violet petals, notes of licorice, a very pleasant menthol sensation and aromas of dry earth... It is a wine with a marked mineral character.
On the palate it is very fruity, with black fruit, and has an impressive structure, with sweet and very ripe tannins.
